Voted the best park in the world twice, the Puy du Fou offers a multitude of spectacular shows and adventures for the whole family, all enhanced by professional special effects perfectly mastered.
Its great novelty 2015 LES AMOUREUX DE VERDUN transports you to the trenches of the First World War. Through the loving correspondence of a soldier and his fiancée, you plunge into the heart of winter 1916, in a snowy trench, to meet heroic soldiers.
One of the challenges we’ve been given is shooting snow continuously on the final stage. We have installed the UE Snow Tour machines automatically fed with snow fluid thanks to the UE Auto Tank Filler system. The machine produces its effect continuously throughout the duration of opening of the attraction, 10h of snow projection without pause.
To reinforce the realism and immersion of the attraction, Aroma Design FragBox Small machines have been installed, for the diffusion of the smells of Gunpowder, Laundry and Soup . Completely integrated into the decor, our new EU Flame Tour machines used with black silk flames recreate the atmosphere of fire .
AwardLes Amoureux de Verdun received the Thea Award for Outstanding Achievment 2016, for the technical and artistic excellence and also for the attraction creativity.
